Project
HAAS Warehousing in Neosho is now saving over $1,800 monthly after an upgrade to more efficient lighting.
Ozark Energy Services conducted the energy audit, designed the upgrade, handled the rebate process and quickly implemented the project. Two locations, totaling over 1/4 million ft2 were upgraded.
The upgrade was broken into two phases to maximize incentives and minimize cash outlays. Shielded T8 and T5 lamps were used to address low temperature & glass breakage concerns. Fixtures in areas of infrequent use were put on occupancy sensors to increase savings and increase system longevity.
